Event production & operations

We'll run your next event — then hand you the machine that ran it.

Full-service production for health and wellness organizers. We plan it, build it, and run the floor — on the platform we built. When it's over, the workspace and every attendee, sponsor, and layout in it stays yours.

Running an event on six disconnected tools is its own full-time job.

That isn't a planning problem. It's an operating problem — and it's the one we solve, permanently, by leaving you the system — not just a report.

  • Tickets in one tool, sponsors in a spreadsheet, the floor plan in a PDF — and no single answer to “how are we tracking?”
  • A sponsor asks what their booth actually returned, and the honest answer is a guess.
  • The last two weeks go to chasing vendors instead of selling tickets.

How it works

The full production arc. Blueprint and Launch cover the first two steps and hand off there; Run and Season carry all five — every one of them ending with your team running it themselves.

  1. 1

    Pre-mortem

Before anything is booked, we assume the event failed and list why — then fix those causes while there's still time.

  2. 2

    Plan & build

Tickets, floor plan, schedule, public page, and collateral — built in your workspace, not ours.

  3. 3

    Launch

On sale, campaign live, and a full rehearsal on real devices two weeks before doors.

  4. 4

    Event day

Your Event Partner Manager runs the floor, with scheduled check-ins from load-in to teardown.

  5. 5

    Hand off

The numbers, a playbook you keep, and your team trained on the workspace they now own.

Four ways to work together

Fixed scope, quoted after a short call. Every one of them ends the same way — with your team operating a workspace you own.

Start here

Blueprint

Level of effort: 1 out of 4

A working session that ends with a real operating plan and a live event page.

You have an event in mind and need a plan you can act on.

  • Operating plan and timeline
  • Event page, built and live
  • Budget and ticket model

2 weeks

Build and hand off

Launch

Level of effort: 2 out of 4

We build the whole operation. You run the event.

You can run the event — you just don't have time to build it.

  • Everything in Blueprint
  • Tickets, floor plan, schedule
  • Collateral and comms, ready to send

3–4 weeks

Recommended

Run

Level of effort: 3 out of 4

We build it, produce it, and run the floor on show day.

You want the event handled end to end, with someone on the floor.

  • Everything in Launch
  • On-site team through the event
  • Post-event report and playbook

Opens 60–90 days out

Recurring events

Season

Level of effort: 4 out of 4

Every event you run in the year, continuously operated.

Events are a program for you, not a one-off.

  • Everything in Run, all year
  • Shared calendar and templates
  • Quarterly program review

6–12 month term

Effort is rated 1 to 4, and indicates scope and level of effort, not price.

Why work with us

We built the software, and it stays with you

Most production teams rent their tools. Ours is the product we make — so when something doesn't work at your event, we change it, usually before your next one. And the workspace doesn't leave when we do. That's the whole point: you should need us less each year, not more.

One contact, a full bench

You get an Event Partner Manager — one name, one number, and on Run and Season, on site through the event. Behind them we pull in whoever the event needs: marketers, designers, schedulers, logistics, AV, registration crew. Some of that bench is AI doing the first draft, and every piece of it is reviewed by a named human before it reaches you.

We're early, and we say so

We're booking our first partner events, which means you get founder attention and a founding rate — and we tell you plainly what the platform does and doesn't do yet. If your event isn't a fit, we'll say that on the first call rather than after the invoice.

Founding partner events

Tell us about your event. We'll tell you the truth.

Thirty minutes, no charge, no pitch deck. We're taking on a small first group at a founding rate, in exchange for a case study and genuinely blunt feedback.

  • Bring your date and rough attendance — that's all we need to be useful.
  • We'll walk you through a real workspace built for an event like yours.
  • You'll leave knowing which tier fits and what it would take.
  • If we're not the right team for it, we'll say so on the call.

What does it cost?

Quoted after a short call — a 300-person retreat and a 4,000-person expo aren't the same job. The effort scale above shows roughly where each tier sits. The call itself is free and there's no retainer to have it.

Do I lose control of my event?

No. Your event, your brand, your workspace, your plan. You hold every login and every record throughout, and the Event Partner Manager reports to you.

What if something breaks on the day?

On Run and Season, every critical path has a rehearsed manual fallback — printed check-in list, exported floor plan, offline roster — verified at the rehearsal two weeks out, not improvised at the door. On Blueprint and Launch we build those same fallbacks and walk your team through them. The event doesn't stop because software does.

What happens to the workspace afterward?

Your data and event history are yours to keep and export at any time. The workspace itself continues on a platform subscription once the engagement ends — founding partners lock in founding terms. We walk you through all of it on the call, before you sign anything.

Can I just use the software?

Yes, and plenty will. The platform stands on its own. Services exist for organizers who'd rather not do the operating themselves.
